Dr. Sandra Tai was born in Aldershot, England, and grew up in Malaysia. After graduating from dental school, she received her graduate training at the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, U.S.A.
Sandra moved to Vancouver in 1990 and is currently a practicing specialist in Orthodontics in the Greater Vancouver area. She is also Clinical Assistant Professor in Orthodontics at the University of British Columbia. She and her husband are active in fund-raising for various projects and raising awareness of Asian Outreach.

Jeffrey Lowe is an Immigration and Business lawyer who has practiced law since 1983. Dr. David Wang, a leading expert on China, is a highly sought-after speaker at international mission conventions and congresses. He has translated and authored more than 20 books, including several best-sellers in the Chinese world.
David joined Asian Outreach in 1966, and led it into an outstanding organization in cutting-edge programs throughout Asia. He is also the Founder/Chairman of ActionLove, which is one of the social development arms of Asian Outreach, serving Asian people living in poverty.

Danley Yip, a Chartered Accountant, is the Division Director for Robert Half Management Resources, which specializes in providing senior-level finance and accounting professionals on a project, contract or interim basis to various organizations. Previously, he has been the CFO for companies such as BC Hot House Foods Inc., the Great Canadian Railtour Company and the City of Richmond.

Joseph Infranco is the Senior Vice President of Allied Attorney Support and Coordination for the Alliance Defense Fund.
